Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Warranty Deed granted by American Land, Inc., 30555 Hoover Rd., Warren, MI  48093 for the dedication of the public road right of way described as Parcel No. 15-25-351-040.

Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the Warranty Deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
