Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Cost Participation Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and the Board of Commissioners (BOARD) for the County of Oakland for the Local Road Improvement Matching Fund Pilot Program in the amount of $264,422.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
