Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves an Agreement for Permanent Water Quality Basins, between the City of Rochester Hills and Jensam, LLC, 2301 West Big Beaver Road, Suite 900, Troy, Michigan 48084, which is required for the protection of adjacent and downstream properties, watercourses, and wetlands, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No 15-19-300-007.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
