Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the Amended Public Utility Right-of-Way Agreement granted by the Robert R. Smitha Trust, 501 Utah, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of an Amended Public Utility Right-of-Way Agreement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-15-426-018; 15-15-426-019; and 15-15-427-029.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the Agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
