Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Watermain Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-08-303-036, granted by 400 North Adams, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 350 North Old Woodward Ave., Suite 300, Birmingham, MI 48009, for Starbucks at Von Maur.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
