Request for renewal of an on-premise real estate development sign permit per Section 134-146 of Chapter 134 of the Code of Ordinances, which permits a real estate development sign during development of a subdivision or other property for a period not exceeding two years without approval of the Sign Board of Appeals, one sign naming the subdivision or other property, developer, contractors and subcontractors, engineers, architects, brokers, and financial institutions involved, and advertising the development having an area not exceeding 36 square feet and a height not exceeding 7 feet.
