Whereas, The Department of Public Services requests that the City Council pass a final determination of necessity to approve moving forward with an SAD paving project for Childress Avenue and Enid Street in accordance with the prepared design plans and specifications and to direct the City Assessor to prepare a certified special assessment roll for the district properties.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby passes a final determination of necessity to approve moving forward with an SAD paving project for Childress Avenue and Enid Street in accordance with the prepared design plans and specifications and to direct the City Assessor to prepare a certified special assessment roll for the district properties.
