Resolved that the City Council agrees to Postpone until May 18, 2005, the motion to authorize the City Administration to request and arrange for the Road Commission of Oakland County to make offers to purchase the portions of Parcels 15 through 21 necessary for right-of-way for the Adams Road relocation project and to proceed, if necessary, with eminent domain, basing the offering price on the appraisals commissioned by the City, with the understanding that the City will be responsible for paying the offering price on the Road Commission of Oakland County's behalf
Be It Further Resolved that the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to pursue further discussions with Grand Sakwa for a potential settlement.
