Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby waives Section 2-271, the requirements for competitive bidding, under Section 2-281, which allows City Council the authority to waive any regulation or procure pertaining to purchasing, deeming it to be in the best interest of the City.
Further Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council authorize the award for the Sole Source purchase of one (1) Thrust Boring Machine to Power Mole Trenchless and Utilitronics, Lancaster, New York, in the amount of $50,980.56.
