Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, Section 8(a), at the conclusion of regular business of this Regular City Council Meeting of Wednesday, November 5, 2003. The purpose of the Closed Session is to consider the possible purchase or lease of real property and to discuss an Attorney/Client Privileged Communication. City Council will reconvene to Open Session at the conclusion of the Closed Session.
