Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to Ajax Materials Company of Troy, Michigan, as the Primary Vendor and Barrett Paving Materials of Mt. Clemens, Michigan, as the Secondary Vendor as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for the purchase of Bituminous Patching Material, in the total amount not-to-exceed $60,000.00 through December 31, 2006.  

Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
