Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an off-site sanitary sewer easement granted by Cavaliere Rochester Road, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 30078 Schoenherr, Suite 300, Warren, Michigan 48088 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer
easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-23-152-014.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
