Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCL 15.268, on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Michigan Time. The purpose of the Closed Session is to discuss with its attorney trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation, Rochester Hills Self Storage v. Rochester Hills City, Oakland County Circuit Court Case No. 2024-208380-CC, as provided under the Michigan Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(1)(e)
