Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an Assignment of a Sanitary Sewer Easement granted by Jensam LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, successor to Jensam Properties, a Michigan Co-Partnership, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of an Assignment of a Sanitary Sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcels 15-19-300-005 and 15-19-300-006.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
