Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, at the close of business of tonight's Regular City Council Meeting (November 17, 2004) and will not return to Open Session at its conclusion.  The purpose of the Closed Session is to discuss Attorney Client Privileged Communication, the possible purchase or lease of real property, and pending litigation that could financially impact the City, namely Adams/Hamlin Development Co. v City of Rochester Hills.
