Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 5:00 p.m., Michigan Time, at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan. The purpose of the Closed Session is to consult with the City Attorney regarding the possible purchase or lease of real property.
