Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council approves the Offer to Purchase/Purchase Agreement between the Norman F. Trust, as seller, and the City of Rochester Hills as purchaser, for a 5.29-acre parcel of vacant real property identified as Parcel ID 15-05-301-001, Rochester Hills, Michigan in the amount of $365,000.00, as well as any associated Closing Fees, and further authorizes the Mayor to execute any and all necessary agreements to complete the purchase.
