Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council approves the FY 2027 Non-Profit Service Contract between the City of Rochester Hills and the Rochester Area Youth Assistance in the amount of $29,865.04 commencing on January 1, 2027 and concluding on December 31, 2027, and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the contract on the behalf of the City.
