Request for Purchase Authorization - PARKS: Increase to the Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for construction engineering services for the construction and development of Nowicki Park in the amount of $16,500.00 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,156,680.00; Nowak & Fraus Engineers, Pontiac, MI

 

Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes an increase to the blanket purchase order/contract for construction engineering services for construction and development of Nowicki Park to Nowak & Fraus Engineers, Pontiac, Michigan in the amount of $16,500.00 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,156,680.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
