Request for Purchase Authorization - DPS/ENG:  Contract/Blanket Purchase Order for GIS Consulting Services in the amount not-to-exceed $150,000.00 through May 31, 2029; Cynerge Consulting, Pontiac, MI

 

Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for GIS Consulting Services to Cynerge Consulting, Pontiac, Michigan in the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000.00 through May 31, 2029 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
