Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Watermain Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-32-228-128, granted by Eastlake Northwest, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 24211 Little Mack, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080, for Auburn Road Medical Office.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
