Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and JPR Holdings RH LC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 66 Goldengate St., Lake Orion, MI 48362, for 4D Parking Lot-Hamlin Road, Parcel #15-21-376-008.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
