Title: Request for Variance of 19.5 feet from Ordinance which requires that all applicable city ordinances including, but not limited to, Zoning Ordinance 200 Section 20.00 Schedule of Regulations shall be applied to any resulting building sites in the same manner as they would be applied to "lots" developed under the Subdivision Control Act.
