Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a highway easement granted by Leader Dogs for the Blind, a Michigan non-profit corporation, whose address is 1039 S. Rochester Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48307, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-23-101-028.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
