Proclamation in Recognition of Rochester Adams High School Girls Golf Team
Body
Whereas, Rochester Adams High School Girls Golf Team consists of 11 student athletes, led by Coach Jeff Kutschman, Assistant Coach Bob Koltvedt and JV Coach Fran Scislowicz; and
Whereas, the team trained hard and stayed focused, producing an incredible and historic 2022 season that included a OAA Red League Championship, Oakland County Championship and the Regional Championship heading into the state finals; and
Whereas, for the first time in the program’s history, Rochester Adams High School claimed the Division 1 State Championship title, winning the competition by 47 strokes, the third largest margin of victory in state history; and
Whereas, this season’s state champions consist of the following dedicated high school athletes:

Laura Liu Olivia Dance Elena Bailey
Janhavi Ramekar Alexa Camargo Peyton Sage
Hannah Wang Brianna Park
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rochester Hills hereby congratulate the Rochester Adams High School Girls Golf Team on their impressive win and wish each athlete all the best in her academic and extracurricular endeavors.
