Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Watermain easement granted by General Development Co. No. 10, LLC, 28777 Northwestern Hwy., Ste. 150, Southfield, MI 48034 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Watermain Easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-30-477-001.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
