Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the approval of an amendment to the Gateway and Park Signage project to increase the contract for the construction and installation of the Bloomer Park sign to Warren Contractors & Development, Inc., Shelby Township, Michigan, in the amount of $29,925.00 for a new contract amount of $1,458,809.60 and further authorize the Mayor to execute a contract amendment on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
