Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for Parks Wayfinding Signage Project to Postema Signs & Graphics, Grand Rapids, Michigan in the amount of $265,390.00 with a 10% project contingency in the amount of $26,539.00 for a total not-to-exceed project cost of $291,929.00 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
