Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to ASTI Environmental of Brighton, Michigan, for wetland and environmental consulting services in the amount not-to-exceed $222,500 through September 1, 2007; and

Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
