Adoption of Resolution of Support of Pursuing Grant Funding for the DPS Facility

Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council fully supports the pursuit of all funding availability including, but not limited to, all brick and mortar grant opportunities and to also seek a Federal appropriations request for the next Federal Budget Cycle. The purpose for seeking such funding is for the construction of a new City of Rochester Hills DPS Facility.
Further Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council authorizes the City Grant Writer, Linda K. Davis-Kirksey, to move forward to seek all such funding availability including a Federal appropriations earmark forthwith.
