Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Legacy Rochester Hills Site Condominium Development, LLC, a Michigan
limited liability Company, 1683 West Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-22-351-004.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
