Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts an Amendment to Sanitary Sewer Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-32-201-007, granted by Roger G. Stone, as Sole-Trustee of the Roger G. Stone and Beverly A. Stone Revocable Living Trust Dated August 25, 2025, whose address is 35194 Pappstein Drive, Clinton Township, MI 48035, for Auburn Angara Oaks.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
