Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Rochester Medical Building, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 22039 John R, Hazel Park, Michigan 48030, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-35-226-023.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
