Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council authorizes a contract to Pro-Line Asphalt, Washington, Michigan, for additional work to be added to the 2008 Asphalt Road Rehabilitation Program for the rehabilitation of approximately 3,200 feet of pavement along Meadowfield Drive from Drexelgate Parkway to Rochester Road in the amount of $471,325.42 with a 10% contingency in the amount of $47,132.54 for a total of $518,457.96 and authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
