Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for snow removal services for the 2026-2027 winter season for City-owned properties to Russell Landscaping Inc., Troy, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $210,000.00 through June 30, 2027 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute a contract on behalf of the City.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
