Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for tree maintenance services to CHOP, Grand Rapids, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $239,600.00 through October 31, 2026 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
