Request to accept the Dance Entertainment Permit Agreement, as required by Chapter 6, Alcoholic Liquor, of the Rochester Hills Code of Ordinances from Baez Enterprises, Inc.

Whereas, the Rochester Hills City Council accepts the Dance Entertainment Permit Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Baez Enterprises, Inc. to be located at 2086 and 2210 Crooks Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
