Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the agreement between the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC), Waterford, Michigan and the City of Rochester Hills for the installation, operations, and maintenance of the proposed HAWK signal at the intersection of N. Adams Road and Baypoint Drive and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
