Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council to increase Chloride application on local streets by applying four (4) additional applications of 1500 gallons per mile to local collector streets and four (4) applications of 1000 gallons per mile to dead end streets. With the funding coming from the Local Street Fund - Routine Maintenance Budget.
