Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a sanitary sewer easement granted by Rochester Auburn Associates, LLC, of 6750 Oak Hills Dr., Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-34-227-046.
