Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, following "Any Other Business" at tonight's Regular City Council Meeting (May 18, 2005) to consider the purchase or lease of real property up to the time an option to purchase or lease that real property is obtained and to consult with the Attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation, Adams/Hamlin Development v. the City of Rochester Hills. Council will reconvene to Open Session at the conclusion of the Closed Session.
