Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, at the conclusion of the November 8, 2006 City Council Special Work Session for the purpose of discussing four (4) Attorney/Client Privileged Communications as follows:  (1) Zoning related to Dahline vs. City of Rochester Hills, (2) Waltonshire Estates, (3) Adams Road Right-of-Way acquisition and (4) the Older Persons Commission litigation. City Council will not reconvene to open session at the conclusion of the Closed Session.
