Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the storm water maintenance detention system, an agreement relative to the details of development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water detention system City File No. 02-017, between the City of Rochester Hills and Farid and Karima Jindo, his wife, 5772 Springbrook Drive, Troy, MI 48098, affecting property identified as Parcel No. 15-33-101-001
Further Resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the City.
