Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for labor and employment legal services to Keller Thoma, P.C., Detroit, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $135,000.00 through January 31, 2022 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract amendment on behalf of the City.
