Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, at the conclusion of tonight's meeting, Tuesday, March 25, 2003, for the purpose of discussing pending litigation that could affect the financial interest of the City, namely Grand/Sakwa Acquisitions, LLC v. City of Rochester Hills. Council will not reconvene to open session at the conclusion of the Closed Session.
