Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council approves an Amendment to Section 12.3 with the Option for Deferred Distributed Payments of the 2025-2027 Law Enforcement Services Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills, the County of Oakland, and the Oakland Country Sheriff's Office.

 

Be It Further Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
