Whereas, negotiations between the City of Rochester Hills and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Local 1917 have resulted in a tentative four-year agreement for the period from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2006, and
Whereas, these negotiations have also resulted in agreement to changes in the Retiree Health Savings (RHS) Plan for bargaining unit members, effective January 1, 2004.
Resolved that City Council approval of the tentative contract and associated RHS Adoption Agreement as presented on November 5, 2003 is hereby granted.
