Request for Acceptance of Amendment No. 5 to the Water Service Contract between the Great Lakes Water Authority and the North Oakland County Water Authority

Whereas, the Department of Public Services, Engineering Division, recommends that Amendment No. 5 to the Water Service Contract between the Great Lakes Water Authority and the North Oakland Water County Authority be accepted and that the Rochester Hills City Council approve the North Oakland County Water Authority (NOCWA) to execute the agreement.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts Amendment No. 5 to the Water Service Contract between the Great Lakes Water Authority and the North Oakland County Water Authority and the City Council approves that the North Oakland County Water Authority Execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
