Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and On-Call Services to K&S Ventures, Inc., Rochester Hills, Michigan and W.J. O'Neil Company, Livonia, Michigan as the secondary vendor in the amount not-to-exceed $210,500.00 through April 30, 2027 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
