Whereas, the Rochester Hills City Council has received and discussed in closed session a written confidential attorney/client privileged communication from its attorney concerning trial or settlement strategy in City of Rochester Hills v Heinrich, Oakland County Circuit Court Case No. 07-080233-CC, which is a condemnation lawsuit instituted by the City to acquire necessary property interests from the owner of Adams Road parcel no. 1 (NW corner of Auburn/Adams) for the recent reconstruction of Adams Road.
Therefore, the City Council resolves to accept the City's attorney's recommendation and hereby authorizes him and the City Administration to proceed in accordance therewith.
